2 lb chicken breasts cut into cubes 1 t salt 1 T white wine 1/2 t ginger 1 T conr starch 1 egg white
Mix together and marinate chicken for at least 15 minutes.
1 bell pepper, cut into strips 1 T green onion 1 med onion, chopped 1 t salt 1 t corn starch 1/4 c water 1 T soy sauce 1/2 can cashew pieces
Stir fry chicken in hot oil; remove from oil and stir fry vegetables with salt. Add chicken and stir, then add mixture of corn starch, water and soy sauce and stir over medium heat until thickened. Sprinkle cashews on top and hear through, Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings.
