500 gram package raw prawns
2-3 spring onions (I put 1/3 cup chopped in the calorie counter)
3 Tbsp fresh coriander leaves
juice of one lime
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika
You can wrap them up in a tortilla, serve them over rice or salad, or with steamed vegetables. Even my husband loves the tangy, but buttery flavour!
