Introduction

Yummy Quinoa with Basil and citrus flavors. Yummy Quinoa with Basil and citrus flavors.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 cup of Quinoa
    1 Roma tomato
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    lime juice
    basil

Directions

Sautee tomato's, onion and garlic until soft
Cook the Quinoa according to directions.
Add the chopped basil and lime juice.
Let the Quinoa simmer until ready.
