Jenn's Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Introduction

I love grab and go breakfasts (with 3 kids in the house, you NEED them!) This is a SUPER fast and SUPER tasty fav that I go back to again and again. :)
Low in fat, great protein and fiber combo. Hope you enjoy :)

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    # Arnold Select 100% whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, 1 serving
    # egg white, fresh, 2 large
    # American Cheese, 1 slice (3/4 oz)
    *Pam - Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving

Directions

Quickly spritz a small fry pan with Pam (non stick coating pans can go with out), fry 2 large egg whites together on med-high, until done to your taste. Place slice of cheese on eggs and remove pan from heat.

Toast Sandwich Rounds, and spread each half with .25 T Olivio Light Spread, if desired- (not included in ingredients list - add 25 cals if added).
** I generally find that I enjoy this withOUT the spread, but hubby HAS to have the 'buttery' feel, so adds it this way.

Top one 1/2 of Round with egg/ cheese, top with other 1/2 of Sandwich Round.
