Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" (remove)
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup (remove)
Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove)
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
*Artichoke Hearts - Canned (2 medium or 3 small), 2 serving (remove)
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Tobasco (Original), 3 tsp (remove)
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
Layer cheese over bottom of pie crust. Layer drained artichokes and red bell pepper over cheese. Combine garlic powder, cayenne pepper, tobasco sauce, egg beaters and milk in a medium bowl. Pour mixture over peppers and artichokes.
Bake 45-55 minutes (until center is cooked through). Let stand 3-5 minutes before serving.
