Lite Poppy Seed Dressing

Introduction

I love poppy seed dressing and wanted a lightened up version, but couldn't find a reduced version in any store. If you're in the same dilemma, try this recipe. It's excellent! I love poppy seed dressing and wanted a lightened up version, but couldn't find a reduced version in any store. If you're in the same dilemma, try this recipe. It's excellent!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Tbs. sugar
    2 Tbs. Splenda
    2 Tbs. skim milk
    3 Tbs. Miracle Whip Light
    1 Tbs. poppy seed
    1 Tbs. white wine vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl or 2-cup measuring cup. Whisk until well-combined and smooth. Refrigerate in a container with a lid. You can use half the poppy seeds and all Splenda if you wish. This makes 1/2 cup dressing and 6 servings (1 Tbs.+1 tsp. each). Note: there are 3 tsps. in 1 Tbs.
