Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 c Quinoa rinsed very thoroughly
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 c Water
Pinch of Salt
1/2 c Light Soy Milk
1 Apple diced
2 Tb Craisins
Directions
Combine quinoa, cinnamon, salt and water. Boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add soy milk and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
Stir in apples and craisins. Cover and let stand 10 min before serving.
Makes 3 1-cup servings
