Sauerkraut, drained 4 cups
Thousand Island dressing 3/4cup
Monterey Jack Cheese, 24-1.0ounce slices
Corned Beef, Lean 24 ounces
Marble Rye bread 24 slices
Lay out 12 slices of bread, top with 1 slice monterey cheese and 2 ouces conrned beef. Spread #12 dipper sauerkraut mixture on top of corned beef. Top with 2nd slice Montery cheese.
Lightly butter each side of bread and grill.
Place in steam table, cover but do not seal or sandwiches will be soggy.
