Tuscan Chicken and Beans (Beachy version)

Ingredients

    1 lbs Chicken tenders cut in bite size pieces
    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    2 tsp Rosemary
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1 can of Cannellini Beans undrained
    1 Can of Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    2 Tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes
    1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes drained

Directions

Preheat large skillet on medium -high 2-3 minutes, add olive oil. Add chicken, rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook and stir 2 minutes to brown chicken.

Stir in beans, broth, sun dried tomatoes and canned tomatoes. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
