Italian Baked Tilapia

Introduction

A quick and easy way to prepare tilapia, avoiding all those unwanted calories that come with deep frying. A quick and easy way to prepare tilapia, avoiding all those unwanted calories that come with deep frying.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    NOTE: T=tablespoon, t=teaspoon

    6 2oz tilapia fillets
    1 T Miracle Whip Light
    1 t Kraft reduced fat parmesian cheese, grated
    1 t minced garlic
    1/2 t dried italian seasoning
    2 T italian bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'F

Thaw fillets if frozen.

Place fillets in a baking dish.

Spread the miracle whip in a thin layer over each fillet.

Spread the parmesian cheese equally over all the fillets.

Follow the cheese and miracle whip with the garlic, italian seasoning, and the bread crumbs (in that order)

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is done.

1 serving = 1 fillet (although that is only 2 ounces of fish!)
