. 3 tbls loose black tea 4 c. water 1/3 c. Agave Necter ( or white sugar) 1 pods cardamom 2 whole cloves 1 small cinnimon stick 1/2 c. milk ( or more as desired) 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
This is the way tea is prepared in india. This recepie is for a small pot or 2-3 servings. Pour water into a sauce pan, turn on a medium heat. Add tea leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnimon stick, and Agave (or sugar). Bring to boil and immediatly add milk. Bring to boil again and remove from heat, add vannilla, strain into tea pot. Pour into cup and enjoy, but be careful as it is very HOT.
