Chili Taco Soup

Introduction

Just a fast, hearty soup I threw together in about 25 minutes. Low in sodium!!!! Just a fast, hearty soup I threw together in about 25 minutes. Low in sodium!!!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 pound lean ground turkey
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    Dash ground black pepper
    1 can whole or diced no salt tomatoes
    1 can, drained and rinsed, white beans
    1 T. olive oil

Directions

Crumble and brown ground turkey, onions, and green pepper. While browning, add cumin, chili powder, and black pepper. Stir to mix spices in thoroughly. Add one can white beans and one can no salt tomatoes. Add 2 cups water, cover, and bring to boil.
Makes 8 one cup servings.
