Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz
    Pork Tenderloin, 16 oz
    *Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 2.5 srv - Rotel, 2.5 serving
    Beans, black, 1.5 cup
    Enchilada Sauce Mix, 8 serving
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla, 8 serving
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 8 cup, shredded or chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped

Directions

Brown meats with onions. Add everything except lettuce, tortillas, and tomatoes. Cook until done. Make a burrito!
