Soup Butternut and Sweet Potato

Soup Butternut and Sweet Potato

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    250 g butternut squash
    250 g sweet potato
    1 onion
    150 ml soya cream
    300 ml Vegetable stock

Directions

Put prepared vegetables into the stock and bring to the boil.

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Liquidise. Take off the heat and add the cream

Season with pepper, cinnamon, chilli powder, paprika and cumin. Salt properly.
