Pinapple Salsa

Introduction

Easy, sweet and spicy. Easy, sweet and spicy.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Can of pineapple chunks
    2 Jalepeno Peppers
    4 Tbsp fresh mint (finely chopped)
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    Half an onion, chopped

Directions

Drain pineapple.

Throw all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Run until consistency desired. Tastes great on tortilla chips, or on various mexican dishes.

Makes about 8 1/4 cup servings.
