BBQ Chicken and RIce

New Twist on an old Favorite New Twist on an old Favorite
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    6 oz. cooked diced chicken breast
    6 tbsp In a Hurry BBQ Sauce shared spark recipe
    3 cups cooked white rice
    1 cup swanson chicken broth fat free, can sub lower sodium

Directions

Use leftover chicken breast and plain white rice. Dice chicken and put in a med sauce pan over med heat. Add rice and break up any chunks. Add chicken broth and stir to combine well. Simmer over med heat until liquid is absorbed. Stir in bbq sauce until combined. Serve as an entree with green beans and squash or other favorite vegetables. Makes 3 1/2 cups. Each serving is 1 full cup with 1/2 leftover.
