Katy's Lowfat Coffee Cake

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c flour
    1/2 c sugar
    2 1/2 t baking powder

    1 egg
    3/4 c milk
    1/4 c oil

    1/2 c brown sugar
    1 T flour
    1/4 c oats
    2 T oil
    1 T Cinnanmon

Directions

Stir together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients all at once and stir until mixed.

Combine other dry ingredients.
pour 1/2 batter into 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of cinnamon mixture over batter. pour remaining batter and then sprinkle remaining cinnamon mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Cut into 16 pieces.
