    1 CUP YELLOW PEPPERS CUT INTO STRIPS
    1 CUP RED PEPPERS CUT INTO STRIPS
    1 TBSP OLIVE OIL (EXTRA VIRGIN)
    1 LARGE ONION SLICED
    1 CUP DICED CELERY
    1/2 CUP CHOPPED CARROTS
    1 CUP BROCCOLI FLORETS
    6 TBSP LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE
    1 ROASTING CHICKEN SKINNED AND DEBONED CHOPPED
    1 CUP COOKED WHOLE WHEAT ELBOW PASTA

Directions

HEAT OLIVE OIL IN WOK. PUT IN ALL VEGGIES. COOK UNTIL TENDER BUT FIRM. ADD CHICKEN AND NOODLES. HEAT THROUGH. ADD SOY SAUCE.
