Baked breaded pork chops

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 6oz cup of plain O% fat Greek yogurt
    1 cup Panko bread crumbs
    16 oz. of thin boneless pork chop tenderloins (cutlet style/6 thin chops)

Directions

Pre-heat oven 400 degree. Dip Pork chops & cover with yogurt & then dreadge in bread crumbs. Spray cookie sheet with olive oil. place chops in single layer bake for 10 minutes & then turn over & bak another 10 minutes. Serves 6
