Grandma Chambless' Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Introduction

A simple salad, great for picnics!

You can add other things as well. Red onions add color and flavor (not included in nutritional info)!

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped to bite sized pieces
    1 1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped to bite sized pieces
    1/4 cup Hellman's (or other) light mayo
    1/4 cup parmesean cheese, grated
    Salt and pepper

Directions

Chop broccoli and cauliflower. Mix in mayo and cheese, and blend well. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
