Ingredients

    1 pound Extra lean ground beef
    1/2 Med Onion Minced
    1 cup Minced Carrots
    1/4 c Nonfat Plain Yogurt
    2 cans Campbells Split pea soup
    1 C Nonfat Milk
    1 C Water

Directions

Servings 6
Combine Beef, onion, carrots, & yougurt into balls, brown set aside. Combine soup milk and water in large saucepan put meatballs in and simmer for 30 minutes or until meatballs cooked through, server over rice.,
