IntroductionI got this recipe after ordering Tom Venuto's e-book, "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". It sounded interesting and it turned out to be quite tasty as well! 2 large, ripe bananas (about 300g), mashed
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
3 large raw egg whites
4oz nonfat milk
2 1/2 cups (200g) old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup ideal no calorie sweetener
1 Tbs unsweetened applesauce
60g Chocolate Designer Whey (or othr equivalent brand/flavor)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into non-stick cake pan (8X8 square). Bake at 300 degrees F for 25 minutes or until firm. Let cool slightly before cutting. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
