Ingredients

    Black beans
    Cumin
    Rotel
    ground beef
    minced dried onion

Directions

Brown ground beef. Cook black beans in a small crockpot. Add a can of rotel, a Tbsp. of ground cumin, minced dried onion (to your taste), and browned ground beef. Mix. Heat. Eat. May add cheese or sour cream to serve.
