Quick and Easy Chinese Rice

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked jasmine rice
    1 tbsp Newman's Own Lowfat Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
    Juice of 1 lime
    1/4 tsp coarse sea salt crystals
    chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions

Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in salad dressing, lime juice and sea salt. Mix well. For additional flavor, add some chopped fresh cilantro. Makes 4 1/2-cup servings.
