Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 tsp. mrs. dashes (any flavor)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
Directions
Pre heat oven to 400, wash chicken and place in a zipper bag, pound with flat side meat hammer (or plate edge) until meat is thin. Cut each into 3 pieces, dip into oil then into bread crumbs mixed with Mrs. Dash's of your choice. (I like garlic flavored) place of baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes intil browned and juices run clear. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce, serves 4
