50 grams dark, bittersweet chocolate
4 tbsp ARTISANA cacao bliss, coconut butter
1/2 cup almond butter, natural no salt
1 cup dates, pureed or very finely chopped
2 cups crisp brown rice cereal
Stir in dates and crisp rice cereal.
Spread into a greased or parchment lined square pan.
Allow to chill for 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
Makes 16 squares.

Oh my goodness, this was VERY delicious. However, I made a few changes. I added a few packets of splenda (with fiber) to the entire mix, and then made individual squares by putting them in individual ziploc bags and then shaping then, then freezing them. Delicious!
I used agave nectar the 2nd time - 7/16/10
