Baked Potatos

Introduction

This is a very simple and delicious and healthy side dish that goes with anything. It does have a high amount of salt, though. This is a very simple and delicious and healthy side dish that goes with anything. It does have a high amount of salt, though.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 large baking potatos
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon paprika
    2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup butter spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F.

Wash and dice potato into bite sized pieces. Combine all other ingredients. Coat cut potato with butter mixture in Microwave safe bowl. Microwave covered on high for about 10-15 minutes - until potato is soft when pierced. Spread cooked potato onto cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until browned.

Makes 2 servings.
