Introduction

Greek Hamburgers. Delicious and easy. I put them together and baked them and then broiled for a little extra color (crispiness) on the outside. Delicious and moist. Greek Hamburgers. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 large egg
    2 sliced whole wheat bread
    1lb hamburger
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 medium onion
    1/4 c milk

Directions

Pour milk over bread sliced and let soak. Mince garlic and onion. MIx by hand with hamburger. Remove the bread from the milk and mush them in your hands. Combine the bread into the meat mixture and add the egg for moist burger.

Create patties (we made small ones, about 8 with 1lb of meat in the recipe).

Cut pita in half, will with lettuce, tomato and tzatziki sauce. Cut burger in half and put into pita.
