Ingredients

    1/2 med banana
    1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    1/2 cup frozen fruit, (i like strawberries)
    1 kiwi with skin
    1/4 cup OJ
    2 TBS ground flax,
    1/2 oz or 12 almonds,
    1 med carrot
    2 cups spinach

Directions

blend together. makes 1 giant 16 oz smoothie
