Peaches-n-Cream Angel Food Dream

Refreshing, simple summer treat. You can use all canned peaches, but I add a couple of fresh peaches in the summer when they are in season. Variations - Use sugar free vanilla pudding instead of yogart and use peach juice for some of the liquid in the pudding. Substitute 1/4 cup of Brandy for peach juice a delightful twist. Ingredients

Yogurt - Low Carb - Kroger's - Vanilla, 8 oz
Cake - Angel Food - Sugar Free - Walmart brand, 1 whole cake
Cool Whip Sugar Free - 1 small tub
Peaches, canned, water pack, 2 cup, halves or slices
Peaches, fresh, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) sliced.
Mint ( to garnish - Pinapple Mint is great ),
Directions
Pour Peaches with juice into food processor or blender, pulse for a few seconds. Pour chopped peaches into large mixing bowl.
Fold in the container of Yogart, and 1/2 of the Cool whip.
Tear Angle Food Cake into pieces and Layer 1/2 of the cake into a 9 x 13 dish
Spread peach mixture over the cake.
Layer the other half of the cake over the peach mixture.
Top with 1/2 of the fresh peaches.
Drizzle fresh peaches with 2 - 4 oz of Brandy (Optional - not in nutritional count ).
Cover peach layer with remaining Cool Whip, and garnish with other half of fresh peaches and chopped mint.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
