Introduction

Carob is naturally sweet, and when mixed with the sweetness of coconut oil it makes a perfectly wonderful dessert without any sweeteners! Carob is naturally sweet, and when mixed with the sweetness of coconut oil it makes a perfectly wonderful dessert without any sweeteners!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 tbsp carob powder
    4 tbsp coconut oil or cacao butter
    1 tbsp flax meal
    4 tbsp finely shredded coconut

Directions

Melt coconut oil or cacao butter and mix with stevia. Stir in carob powder until smooth, then stir in flax and coconut to distribute. Pour into a mold or spread onto a piece of wax-paper and refrigerate or freeze until hard.

Makes 4 servings.
