My stuffing

Introduction

whole wheat. 1/2c prepared svg. size whole wheat. 1/2c prepared svg. size
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 box whole wheat stuffing (stove top)
    1 can cream of chicken, 98% fat free
    1/2c to 1c water or reduced sodium chicken broth

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat 1 tbs of oil and add the stuffing mix, let it toast up and then add the cream of chicken and mix. Gradually add water until the stuffing is moist but not too mushy. Place in a baking dish and put in the oven for about 15 minutes just to toast the top a little bit.
