Pineapple Pot Roast

Ingredients


    * chuck tender roast, 48 oz
    * Dole Bite Sized Potatoes, 10 serving
    * Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    * great value fat free italian, 6 tbsp
    * Pineapple Juice, 1 cup
    Mrs. Dash, garlic and herb

Directions

Wash potatoes and carrots thoroughly. Put everything in crockpot. Pour on dressing and pineapple juice. Sprinkle on a few shakes of Mrs. Dash. Cover. Cook on high for 4 hours or low or 8 to 10 hours. Dance away!

NOTE: Your guys may want to add more salt to their portions, but taste it first. You might be surprised.
