Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Pattie - 8 patties
Bisquick Healthy Heart (dry), 2 cup
Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar, 1.75 cup
Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 2 cups
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Minced Garlic - 1 tbsp
Place last 3 ingredients in food processor and chop, add to first five ingredients. Mix.
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into muffin tins.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until done.
