    * Portabella Mushrooms, 500 grams (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)
    * *DaVinci Multi Colored Tortellini (1/2 cup=1 serv), 3 serving (remove)
    * Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Marjoram, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Dice carrots celery onions and garlic put into large dutch oven with olive oil and cook for 5 minutes, add diced portobello heads, cook until onions start to clear, add all spices, then add chicken broth. Bring to a boil, add roughly chopped spinach, and separately cooked tortellini. yum.
