Ingredients

    2 lbs. Lean ground beef or turkey
    2 cans minestrone soup
    2 cans rotel
    2 cans pinto beans
    1 can corn

Directions

Brown the beef or turkey and drain. Mix with the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.
