Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients

3 med bananas
3/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
1.5 cup flour
1/3 cup no sugar added apple sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mash bananas. Mix with all other ingredients. Spray 24 muffin tins with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into muffin tins. Cook at 375 for 15-20 minutes, or until done.
