Kelly's Balsamic Pot Roast

Ingredients

    3 lb roast (bottom round, sirloin tip, whatever)
    package of onion soup mix
    2 beef bullion cubes
    1 cup hot water
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Directions

Mix the bullion with the water and stick it in the crock-pot, then put in the roast. Throw the onion soup mix in and take a ladle or spoon and stir the liquid and ladle it over the roast. Drizzle a generous amount of the balsamic vinegar over the roast. I would guess about 1/4 cup but use your best judgment.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours. You can add vegetables a few hours before the roast is finished if you like.
