3 lb roast (bottom round, sirloin tip, whatever)
package of onion soup mix
2 beef bullion cubes
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Cook on low for 8-10 hours. You can add vegetables a few hours before the roast is finished if you like.
