Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp ,
    Balsamic Vinegar, 5 tbsp,
    Garlic, 2 tsp fresh,
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/3 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup chopped
    Cucumber (with peel) sliced
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoes
    Barilla Plus Rotini, 14.5 oz one box
    Basil, 8 leaves (fresh)
    Frigo Light String Cheese 4 oz diced (quanity 4)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Radishes, 1 cup, chopped
    Pepper, black, 2 dash or to your taste

Directions

Cook past according to directions on the box. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, Parmesan Cheese and black pepper in a separate bowl. When pasta is cooled cobine all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Toss with the dressing. Chill for 2 or more hours before serving.
