Introduction

I just whipped this up because my son was craving jello. Turns out it's delicious. I just whipped this up because my son was craving jello. Turns out it's delicious.

Ingredients

    1 packet orange flavored jello
    1 can Libby's Mandarin Oranges sweetened with Splenda
    1 large mango, ripe

Directions

Make orange jello according to directions on package. I substituted the juice from the can with one cup of cold water. Dice mango and put in jello. Pour mandarin oranges in jello. Chill for 4 hours. Serve with sugar free cool whip if wanted.
