Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups water
    1 cup milk (non fat)
    1/2 onion diced
    1 cup carrots cut
    1 cup bell pepper diced
    2 cups potatoe diced
    1 cup cauliflower chopped
    1 cup broccoli chopped
    4 chicken boullion cubes
    1 tbs minced garlic
    1/2 tbs bay leafs
    1/2 tbs oregano
    1/2 tbs basil
    1 tsp seasoning salt
    8 tbs parmisan cheese

Directions

mix water, boullion cubes and milk in large pan. heat on med heat. add all other ingredients, save out parmisan cheese. bring just to boil reduce heat and cook for about 1 hour. add parmisan cheese just before serving
