Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c flour
    1t baking powder
    1 t salt
    1 egg, beaten with
    2 egg whites
    1 c milk, 1%

Directions

combine dry ingred.
add combine wet add all at once and stir until just combined
drop into gently boiling soup by heaping tablespoons, dipping spoon into hot soup between dumplings
cover and cook 15 minutes. one dumpling = 1 serving
