Multi-bean Soup with Ham

Introduction

Several types of dry beans increase the flavor. Several types of dry beans increase the flavor.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Bag of Various Dry Beans, 3 cup
    *Better than bouillon chicken base reduced sodium, 32 serving
    Celery, raw, 3 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 3 cup, chopped
    *Spiral Ham, glazed, 3 oz. serving, 10 serving
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, 16 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Bring beans to a rapid boil for 3 minutes. Turn off heat. Cover and let soak for 2 hours.
Rinse thoroghly.

Add all ingredients to the 20 Cups of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 hours.
Makes 16 2 cup servings 'mmmmm goood!
