Spinach, Bacon and Mushroom Breakfast Burrito

Submitted by: CJTAYLOR3

Introduction

I though this together one night for dinner. I just used what I had and what looked good. Super easy and quick. You can do it even faster if you make the Bacon in the microwave but I saute the mushrooms a in the same pan after the bacon is done. I find by doing this the dish doesn't need any extra salt added. If you make bacon in the microwave use maybe 1/2 to 1 Tbsp EVOO instead, but that will alter calories a little. You can use a full serving of spinach if you want which is 3 oz but to me there isn't enough egg for that. Again that will change the calories. I though this together one night for dinner.
