1 bottle (28 oz) of spaghetti sauce
1 lb lean ground round
1 Can diced tomatoes with italian ingredients
1 onion, chopped
1 pepper chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp Italian seasoning
Add ground beef and brown
Drain ground beef, rinse with hot water, rinse pan.
Add spaghetti sauce, canned diced tomatoes and seasonings.
Heat as long as you want to allow ingredients to flavor the sauce.
Serve over 3/4 to 1 cup of spaghetti noodles, whole wheat if possible.
