(4slices) Reduced calorie wheat bread.
(1/4 cup)Spaghetti Sauce Hentz traditional.
(2 slices)Non-fat cheese. American, Sharp,or mozzarella.
(4 sprays) Parkay Spray Butter
2 Tablespoons of Parmessian cheese.
Spray Parkay one spray on each side. Place on press or grill. spread Spaghetti sauce 1 tablespoon on each slices of bread. Lay cheese one slice per sandwich, sprinkle Parm. cheese. Lightly, (You can have more if you get Fat Reduced.) put two slices together and grill or press. Cook in till brown. Cut in half and enjoy.
