5 c. rhubarb cut into one inch pieces
5 large strawberries
1/4 c. pearl tapioca
1 c. Splenda for baking
about 2 c. water
Stir occasionally until rhubarb has sweat and broken up. add tapioca and turn to lowest setting. continue to cook until pearls are clear adding more water if needed to maintain desired consistency. Enjoy.
