Low Fat Whole Wheat Waffles

Ingredients

.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
.5 cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 tsp baking powder
2tbsp Splenda
1 tsp imitation vanilla
.25 cup Lite Applesauce
.25 cup egg beaters
.75 cup skim milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients the stir in wet till mixed well. Cook on pre-heated non-stick waffle iron.
I have a small waffle iron and it overflows easily, so I only use about 2.5oz of mix at a time.
