Introduction

Ingredients

    80% Lean ground beef, browned - 1-1.5 lb
    Onions, Peppers, Green chiles (canned), mushrooms (1/2 c. each)
    2 cups canned diced tomatoes
    Cumin, chili powder, garlic - 1 tbsp each.

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Saute peppers, mushrooms, and onions in 2 pats of butter until lightly cooked. Add beef, cooked onion mixture, 1 large can of diced tomatoes, and spices into crockpot. Cook 2-3 hours on low.
