Ingredients

    1 package fat free, sugar free instant pudding
    1.5 cups plain, fat free yogurt
    0.5 cup skim milk

Directions

Add pudding mix to bowl, then whisk in milk. Add yogurt and whisk until all lumps are out. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
